These General Conditions of Sale described below detail the rights and obligations of the company ST TERRE VIVANTE, operating the website univers-fossile.com, registered under the SIREN number 448016980, and of its customers in the context of the sale of fossils on the website www.univer-fossile.com.
Any service provided by the company ST TERRE VIVANTE implies the buyer's unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Article 2 Presentation of products
The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented on each product sheet on our site. All texts and images presented on the ST TERRE VIVANTE company website are reserved, for the entire world, under copyright and intellectual property rights. Their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
Article 3 Validity period of sales offers
The products are offered for sale while stocks last. Products not available in stock are indicated on the product sheet in question.
Article 4 Product prices
The product sheets on our site indicate prices in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs appear on the screen at the end of the customer's selection of the different products.
The company ST TERRE VIVANTE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect on the date the order is registered.
The proposed prices include discounts and rebates that the company ST TERRE VIVANTE would be required to grant taking into account its results or the payment by the buyer of certain services.
No discount will be granted in the event of early payment.
Article 5 Order
The customer validates his order when he activates the “Order” link at the bottom of his order summary page after having accepted these General Conditions of Sale. Before this validation, the customer is systematically asked to check each of the elements of his order, so he can correct any errors.
The company ST TERRE VIVANTE confirms the order by email. This information includes in particular all the elements of the order and the customer's right of withdrawal.
The data recorded by the company ST TERRE VIVANTE constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. This is archived by the company ST TERRE VIVANTE under the legal conditions and deadlines. The customer can access this archiving in their personal space (My account).
Article 6 Payment terms
Payment for orders is made via the means made available to you at the end of the order process (credit card, transfer, Paypal, check, etc.). The merchandise is only shipped from the moment payment is accepted by our bank (checks take a long time, often seven (7) to ten (10) days from the date of receipt by our service, before being able to ensure that they are compensable. Transfers are generally validated within two (2) working days from the date of receipt by our bank and the credit card is validated instantly).
Additionally, orders placed by check will be invalidated if we have not received the check within four (4) business days. Orders placed by bank transfer will be invalidated if we have not received it within five (5) days.
The company ST TERRE VIVANTE is the sole recipient of the data linked to your order.
The occurrence of an unpaid debt solely due to fraudulent use of a bank card will automatically result in the details relating to your order being entered in a computerized file.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended, you have at all times a right of access, rectification and opposition to all of your personal data, by writing and justifying your identity, to the company ST TERRE VIVANTE.
The company ST TERRE VIVANTE reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever its nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum which may be due by the Buyer or in the event of a payment incident.
Article 7 Delivery
- All products are delivered as quickly as possible, taking into account the order preparation times and those announced by the selected carrier. Delivery times are in working days.
The announced delivery costs outside the EU are indicative. With the calculation method of certain carriers (volumetric weight), it is difficult for us to estimate the cost precisely. If the latter differs from the estimate we will then contact you to inform you and ask for your agreement.
- Breakage during transport: Our shipments are made with insurance. This insurance can only be effective if you refuse the damaged package upon receipt or if you issue detailed reservations including the number and name of each damaged item. If you sign and accept the package responsibility is transferred.
Article 8 Customer relations - After-sales service
For any information, questions or complaints, the customer can contact the company's Customer Service via the contact form.
Article 9 Right of withdrawal
The customer has fourteen (14) clear days from delivery to return the product, the return costs being their responsibility. He is then reimbursed for the totality of the amounts paid within 14 days following the date of receipt of the order by the company ST TERRE VIVANTE. However, products returned incomplete, damaged, used, soiled or not in their original packaging as received are not taken back. The return must be made with direct delivery to us (no relay point).
